[Bug] Easyclick hints flash/flicker when videos or animations are playing

About Bug

Easyclick hints flashing/flickering whenever there is a video or animation playing.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to a page with a video or have a animated background with Wallpaper Engine running (For this example a Steam Store Page where the trailer is playing)
2. Scroll to the comments and activate Easyclick to make the hints appear
3. Hints should appear but flash/flicker extremely fast making them almost impossible to read
4. Pause the video and go back to the comments
5. Activate Easyclick to make the hints appear again
6. Hints should now show normally without the flashing/flickering

@Salted-Bread Only one color can be displayed on the screen, and it is updated at a specific cycle. Therefore, if the color put out by Steam for drawing is even slightly out of sync with the update timing of EasyClick's drawing, it will flicker.

I consider this to be technically impossible to fix, but if anyone has knowledge of this, please help.
