[Feature] Add setting for choosing window padding size

When resizing windows, there is an automatic padding added around all edges that should be optional with setting.

A single setting is necessary

eg. set padding=0 to turn off eg. set padding=5 for keeping as normal

This is the padding I'm seeing right now, where each window's padding adds to the width:
