Option to filter on title text instead of domain

Hi

This is a great extension, thank you. The domain filtering works well for many types of spammy results however I would also like to be able to hide/highlight results based on a word or phrase in the search result description - for example 'Net Worth' - I really don't care about anyone's 'net worth' but many websites seem to so domain filtering doesn't work in this case.
