Seems like the download versions are 0.14 while the latest release on this repo is 0.15? Also the wiki page Seems outdated Is the offline version part of the CI

I solved the issues for the Windows Build output and I made a Windows Release Build of the Piskel app. You guys can download it for free here on my itch page: Click This To Visit The Download Page
