Where is DOCS?

This isn't a bug but a request for documentation.

As of now, there is little to no information on how to use Piskel besides the hints in the editor. I am using the Desktop version.

How do I use the shortcuts and buttons in Piskel successfully such as flipping a selected portion of a sprite, undoing a step, onion-skinning, etc?
