Dither tool as a toggleable option, instead of a tool

So, recently, I was doing some art and found that sometimes I needed a straight line dithered, but I couldn't since the dither tool is only available as a "freehand" draw style, so I was thinking how it would be better as a little button you could toggle, and it worked on every other tool, being able to draw straight lines, freehand, circles, rectangles, erase, and maybe even select with the dither tool
