Request: Do Not Suspend Protected/Locked Tabs

Request to no suspend an specific tab (right click on the tab to select that option) and/or do not suspend blocked/protected tabs option in the menu so you can do the same but faster and do it in bundles in case that it's needed with multiple tab handler.

By aa02895269309e197b72120bf4b0e1ba25c6c721, protected tabs should not be suspended automatically.
