Merging Windows and Unloaded tabs by default

If you have tabs that you never actually loaded cause of the new feature then when you merge windows those tabs become just blank.

This doesn't appear on my environment for now. Is this expired?

If you select the option to fuse the windows on TMP with the "try to cache" option disabled the never loaded tabs will go blank so it's not fixed. (tested on a clean profile with jsut TMP and suspend tab firefox 44 x64). With "try to cache" option on it works properly.
