Adopt kubeadm

With the release of Kubernetes 1.4.0, there's now kubeadm, a tool that makes it even easier to bootstrap a cluster. It would be interesting to adopt this in a separate branch so not to break previous versions of Kubernetes.

kubeadm is still alpha and there are a few issues when running with providers such as the ones supported in this repo. Don't expect this to hit any time soon.
