How to set up hot/warm architecture

This is not really an issue, just want to point you my blog post on setting up centralised logging with EFK and an ES "hot/warm" architecture in Kubernetes. As far as Elasticsearch and Kibana is concerned it is based on your work in this very repo. Thank you very much for making this available!
