Move submissions into their respective domain folders.

With Hacktoberfest approaching, an extra helping hand is very welcome. Next weekend I'll have some free time to help organize this repo.

Great, I will try to squeeze in some extra time this week to work on this as well. I will be working top down for the directories and will create issues for when I start working on them so we don't overlap efforts.

@HeathNaylor hey Heath, I've updated the contributing guideline to match the style we've been following.

Also created the issue for Hacktoberfest 2019, we've already started receiving PRs! :)
