Run unit tests on CI

This repo should automatically run a sound selection of tests when something is pushed to it, or a PR opened.

  • [x] Init github CI workflow (done in https://github.com/pipes-digital/pipes/pull/121)
  • [ ] Write unit tests for all blocks
  • [ ] Add integration tests?
