Failure to install on ubuntu 16.04

What was wrong?
Running the pip install eth-testrpc
command, I get the following errors:

I think this could be solved by installing apt-get install libssl-dev
, see https://github.com/ethereum/pyethapp/issues/195#issuecomment-301511758
Thankyou.. After running "apt-get install libssl-dev", I was able to install required python module.....
