eth-testrpc Failure to install on ubuntu 16.04

py-geth Version: py-geth-1.10.2
go-ethereum Version: 1.7.2-stable
Python Version: Python 2.7.12
OS: ubuntu 16.04

What was wrong?

Running the pip install eth-testrpc command, I get the following errors:
