  1. move the create_context_aggregator method to BaseOpenAILLMService, so that AzureLLMService also has this method
  2. auto detect multi-language and play speed in Azure STT

I suggest merge https://github.com/pipecat-ai/pipecat/pull/496 first, cause it has more params for Azure TTS.

Apologies for letting this go for so long. Azure is now a subclass of OpenAILLMService, so these issues have been resolved. I'm going to close this contribution out. Thanks again for the help!
