Prepare examples for pipedv1 (plugin-arch piped) on https://github.com/pipe-cd/examples and make it live on https://play.pipecd.dev

Better understand how to use pipecdv1

Hi @khanhtc1202, I see this issue is open and unassigned. I'd like to help by creating the first example for pipedv1.

To make sure I'm on the right track, what would be a good, simple plugin to use for the first example? I'm happy to read the pipedv1 documentation and get started.

I'll also look at the pipe-cd/examples repository to understand the existing structure.
