Better way to understand what is the latest version of official plugins

What would you like to be added:

We need a way to know the latest released version of official plugins.

Why is this needed:

Currently, all plugins and pipecd components releases are listed on https://github.com/pipe-cd/pipecd/releases . It's hard to know what exactly the latest version of plugins due to the number of plugins and those are mixed in with other components.

Idea: We could manage it in one of the following ways

  • pipe-cd/pipecd README
  • pipe-cd/pipecd plugins dir README
  • pipecd.dev plugins tab?
  • TBD
