Add permalink support for individual trace

What would you like to be added:

First of all, thank you to the team for introducing the traces feature recently. It has been incredibly helpful.

I would like to suggest adding support for permalinks to individual trace.

Why is this needed:

This would allow us to easily share a specific trace (including its deployment list) with other members or reference it in discussions or documentation.

Should we create an detail page for traces. In detail page we can show more information about traces and its deployment.
