Rewrite tutorial to guide the user with two alternative paths to follow (with or without using type constants) for `v5.x.x`

Is your feature request related to a real problem or use-case?

I would like the tutorial to be simpler. It should offer the user two paths to follow, one would be when the user use type constants in his application. The second is using action creator instances and type helpers.

Describe a solution including usage in the code example

1. Rewrite tutorial so that each alternative focus on the recommended approach for them making it easier to follow for the user based on his preference.
2. Tutorial should be updated to recent v5.x.x.
