HyperJump Route Planner doesn't indicate impossible jumps properly

While testing out the ship rebalance PR, I got myself into an awkward situation: half way through a multi-jump route, the jump button disappeared.

At first I thought I hadn't bought enough H2, but that wasn't the case...I went to the sector map and saw:

My next jump, at 9.23ly, shows that it requires 0t of fuel and is indicated as 'OK' (it's displayed in white). My current ship, a Lunar Shuttle, has a max range of 8.9ly:

Obviously that jump isn't possible. This could be an issue with the function that calculates the HJ info and not the planner itself, but in any case the planner shouldn't show 0t for a jump.

Anyone know if this is still relevant in current master? I've not heard of this happening from anyone else in the past few years.

I have not encountered this in my playthrough started at the last release.
