allow slackminion to respond when people enter messages containing a regex

This way if someone posts a link to some graphs, the bot can be programmed to post a picture of the graphs.

@ruthgrace can you clarify what you mean by this? From my experiments, if you post a link to an image on slack, slack will automatically post the image (no bot required!). In addition, I'm not sure what posting regex messages and links to graphs have to do with each other. Thanks!
