New release?

Hi! First of all, thank you so much for building and maintaining pymemcache. It's great!

It's been almost a year and a half since the last release (4.0.0), and some changes have landed since then that I'm looking forward to using. Any chance you all could cut a new release sometime soon?

+1. There are many PRs unreviewed or approved but not merged, and many features unreleased, and some things quite critical like newer Python support. Is this project dead?
