Feature Request [Elasticache-Auto-Discovery]

Hi, I was wondering if it's possible to add autodiscovery to pymemcache.

If it makes sense to add, I would love to contribute.

@jogo Can you please take a look at the PR I've created , I would like to know what should be the next steps ? This feature is actually kind of useful and would help discover nodes from the configuration endpoint.
