Docs: Link standardization across markdown frameworks

Why?

Gestalt docs uses 2 different markdown frameworks for processing markdown content. marked and mdx-js/react

Added component replacements for markdown links.

mdx-js/react uses Gestalt Link and react router from the LinkNavigationProvider for better navigation marked uses html anchor but it adds a "lock" icon on "pinch" links to indicate they are private links to Pinterest resources.

Also, this PR replaces all 'https://www.figma.com/file', 'https://www.dropbox.com', 'https://docs.google.com', 'https://w.pinadmin.com', 'https://coda.io' urls with "pinch" links.
