Thread Dump not working when troubleshooting

Version: Pinpoint 2.4, Hbase 2.3.0

Every time a monitored application reaches a very high number of threads the option to thread dump does not work anymore... Meaning I cant use the feature when I need the most.

Is there something that can I do to improve that? The resources consumption from the pinpoint-web and collector seems normal.
