Changelog?

Hi, firstly thanks for this package, it is invaluable when using other third party libs with pino.

Just wondering if a changelog could be added to the repo. I notice 2.0 has dropped, but I'm not entirely sure what has caused the major version bump?

Typically, we put them under https://github.com/pinojs/pino-debug/releases. But I see that we have not been maintaining that for this repository.

https://github.com/pinojs/pino-debug/commits/master serves as changlog, though.
