ERROR 404

hi first of all thanks for this cartridge my issue is that all pages of my php script lead to "404 Not Found" except home page and also a little script inside my script here is my app http://qurankareem-multics.rhcloud.com/ ,the script worked well on my localhost machine i used php7.0.15 and apache2

i found that is a prob of rewrite rule every time i edit the file it reset even if i dont restart the gear
