Call to undefined function apc_fetch()

There is an 500 internal server error when application call to APC

It seems to be a problem with PHP7 http://stackoverflow.com/questions/36129259/php7-with-apcu-call-to-undefined-function-apc-fetch

Can you please install apcu_bc to make it compatible with old version of PHP ?

PS. It would be great if you allow user to install PECL package themselves.
