Does not recognize mysql database information

I try to install a Joomla latest version, compatible with php7, the problem is that when trying to fill the information, giving it next is as if it did not recognize the database or some extension and reloads at startup. What is happening?

What specifically is the error message?

Is that no error appears, simply when mounting any website joomla does not log in backend or frontend, what is the solution for this problem ?, then send a link to check where the problem may be, is the installer Joomla that does absolutely nothing.

I was able to successfully install Joomla with this cartridge. I extracted the ZIP to the www directory, then proceed with the installation.

After installation, make sure to take a copy of the generated configuration file, then add it to your local repository. And also remove the installation directory. That way, the installation won't reset when you push changes to your app.
