🆘 What happened?

We previously had a many-to-many relationship between Environments and Networks/Sandboxes. GUIs in TVsCE were implemented based on this structure. Now we have environments each of which can be a sandbox or a network. TVsCE still works in the old way which can be confusing.

🆘 Steps to Reproduce?

In sidebar we have two treeviews, Environments and Sandboxes. In different actions TVsCE asks for Environments/Sandboxes inconsistently.
