Set a custom `$TAG`

Packages installed by running a SlackBuild manually are getting the default $TAG, which is usually _SBo.

I would like to ask that packages installed with sboinstall get their own tag, say ``_sboinstall, to help distinguish them from those installed with sbopkg`, of those installed manually.
