New major version based on new Kafka Java clients

WIP

Goals:

  • A lean but convenient wrapper around the new Kafka Java client API
    • prefer clojure data structures where it makes sense

Non-goals:

  • Retain all functionality from current major version of clj-kafka
    • especially functionality for directly interacting with Zookeeper
