CicadaPlayer开始定位的是一个网络播放器，这种需求目前还没有做，没有尝试过，可能切换不了，如果要加的话，应该也比较简单，可以复用多码率hls切语言的接口，可以提供一个sample流吗？

AVFMT_FLAG_NOBUFFER will drop the packets read in avformat_find_stream_info(), you can add this flag to mCtx before avformat_find_stream_info for testing it , but I don't think this is a good method...
