可以先用官方汉化应急， 插件市场关键字搜索Chinese

官方汉化似乎出了一点小问题，暂时下架了（IDE 里面搜不到） https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/13710-chinese-simplified-language-pack-eap

不过2019.3的汉化还能用，感谢作者的付出，如果能匹配当然最好
