Hi,

Thanks for your commit which brings FontAwesome 5 support to this repository. I hope it is a commit the developer accepts.

I have no problem with you promoting another repository for a bootstrap compatible datetimepicker but I don't think it helps to say 'This repo is no longer actively monitor or supported' when the developer of this repository is still actively monitoring the repository and appears to be working towards providing an updated release.

I've previously looked at the repository you referenced but I personally found this repository more appropriate for my needs which was to find a direct replacement of the bootstrap-datetimepicker created by Eonasdan which works with Bootstrap 4.
