Tiup playground wont update installed nightly components

If one have ran tiup playground nightly 3 days ago, then later the nightly version wont be updated. I think it is because old nightly tarball is released with dates vx.x.x-230723-nightly, while now it is like vx.x.x-alpha-nightly.

The annoying problem still exists. Call for fix🚀

It is not easy to fix since we can not verify extracted components. It is more likely to be fixed on EE team, or in one big refactor of tiup package system.
