 tiup cluster deploy testcluster nightly test.yaml -y

2. What did you expect to see? deploy cluster success

3. What did you see instead? deploy cluster failed

Error: init config failed: tiup-peer:9090: executor.ssh.execute_failed: Failed to execute command over SSH for 'root@tiup-peer:22' {ssh_stderr:   FAILED: "/tiup/deploy/prometheus-9090/conf/tidb.rules.yml" does not point to an existing file

5. What version of TiUP are you using (tiup --version)?

[root@tiup-0 tmp]# tiup cluster --version
