Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

TiPocket uses chaos-mesh v0.9.1 version, it was too old and unstable compared with the current stable version v1.1.0.

  • [x] Bump chaos-mesh version to v1.1.0 (remove old iochaos)
  • [ ] Switch to new IOChaos implementation
