Ticdc resolved ts is blocked by an initialized region 54983.

What did you expect to see?

No response

What did you see instead?

At 06/01 21:12 ~06/01 21:30, region leader is on tikv 9. Seems there are no special things happen. So I guess there are some stale locks on tikv 9, or some other unknown problems on TiKV.

Versions of the cluster

TiCDC and TiKV are 7.5.2.
