Rust: add more self-assessment techniques

Right now the only concrete way for students to know how they are doing on the course is to pass the test suite. Not all of the course is even represented in the test suite.

I know some of the other courses list ways to self-assess the completion of their projects, and it would be good for the Rust projects to similarly make it clear how to self-assess.
