Feature: Table of contents page for collections

We are planning to add a content page for all collections and help users find the specific collection in a convenient way.

This page will include:

• Explore & Navigate Collection Name Word Cloud that allow users hover and click towards the aimed collection.
• A quick button that can lead users to GitHub and add a collection which they are interested in.
• A list that can help users pick the specific collection with A-Z / New to old
• Search by collection name

How the Collection Name Word Cloud would be created? Do we have enough collections to create a name word cloud yet?

Now we have 60+ collections and this number is continue to be increased. Could we just get the collection name from the .yml which submitted from users and show them in random size and color? @634750802
