features: align y-axis max & min value of the chart to compare

In analyze page, such as https://ossinsight.io/analyze/taosdata/TDengine?vs=influxdata%2Finfluxdb

Each of charts to compare are using its own Y axis which means the repos are not be compared in the same scale. It is not fair to the bigger one.

Suggestion: use the same max and min value of Y axis in one comparison chart group.
