Enhance GitHub Stats Dashboard for Organization Projects

Issue Description

Currently, our GitHub stats dashboard provides insightful information about individual repositories, including commits, pull requests, and issues. However, there is a need to extend this dashboard to cover projects within our organizations as well. This enhancement would allow us to have a comprehensive overview of all our GitHub activities, both at the repository and organization levels.
