SHOW CREATE DATABASE [IF EXISTS] is missing from documentation

1. What is the URL/path of the document related to this issue?

https://docs.pingcap.com/tidb/dev/sql-statement-show-create-table (or rather the index on the left side which only shows these SHOW CREATE statements under Reference / SQL / SQL Statements:

• SHOW CREATE PLACEMENT POLICY
• SHOW CREATE TABLE
• SHOW CREATE USER
• SHOW CREATE SEQUENCE

but not SHOW CREATE DATABASE, so I think such page is missing.

2. How would you like to improve it?

Add a document saying that SHOW CREATE DATABASE [IF EXISTS] exists (similar to what is documented for the other SHOW CREATE statements).
