Filter delete DML will increase QPS?

at an user's scenario, some range deletion mixed with INSERT and UPDATE happened on upstream. When we filter out delete DML, downtream QPS increased. Don't know why deleting one row is slower than insert/update one row.

maybe the DELETE and other SQL access totally different TiKV regions, after filtering these're less region involved.
