When meet errors, print "skipped DDL of this table" to help locate problem

Sometimes errors are caused by mis-configurated filter or or functionality, for example, forget to set online-scheme-change and not set allow-list of temporary table of online-change tools.

Describe the feature you'd like:

If we print some last skipped DDLs for a table that meet an error in query-status or somewhere, we may no longer need to request user to upload log files.

at least we should record last N skipped DDL, and downstream dm_meta is a good place to record
