In DM-V2, replace the `mydumpers` tag with something else

As we all know, dm v2 has officially used dumpling instead of mydumper as the dump program, but in the task configuration file, we still use mydumpers as a keyword, which will bring some confusion

1. Doubts about the use of parameters: args can extend some parameters, but if the setting does not take effect

Replace the keyword or replace it, give the Dumpling configuration document connection, help us adapt to this change

At present, I think more reason is to replace mydumpers to dumplings and link to Dumpling parameter configuration pages, tell us to use Dumpling parameters to control.

Teachability, Documentation, Adoption, Migration Strategy:

For compatibility, it should be configured to be compatible with mydumpers and give a warning when Start-Task, such as we will give up to the future version of MYDUMPERS`

lgtm, and I think dumplings could be an alias for mydumpers, no need to give a warning

If the default is compatible, it may not be good for advancing parameter changes. It is a normal practice to tell the user when the parameter is replaced.If the default is not compatible, it is not friendly to the upgraded user
