Add metrics to BR to monitor internal state

Describe your feature request related problem:

When we debug some abnormal backup/restore jobs, there is no way to know internal state of BR.

Add metrics to BR is helpful for debugging.

Describe the feature you'd like:

Add Prometheus metrics support to status port.
