backup tidb v4.0.9 data via br v4.0.8

There are no error logs

  2. What version of BR and TiDB/TiKV/PD are you using?

br v4.0.8 tidb v4.0.9

These error logs introduced by TiDB domain. and does no harm to backup. I think we can reduce the severity.
