Getting mail for everylogin from different location, is this security issue?

I don't own this device. Is this security issue?

I tried to use and got a message like this from my location. "Samsung SM-G930F · Instagram · São Paulo, SP, Brazil"

after using this? When its your location but other device means that the tool uses a other useragent to avoid your account getting banned.
