Show trimmomatic errors/warnings in main console prints

Hi, I am using a custom trimmomatic_options_string (ILLUMINACLIP:BBDuk-Adapters.fa:2:30:10). Regarding the main prints in the console, the analysis seems to run without issues:

	 Trimming sequences with Trimmomatic...

Anyways, by chance I looked into the individual log files for a sample and noticed that Trimmomatic crashed, because I forgot to move the Adapter.fa file to the correct location.

I think it would be good to have at least a warning in the main console print that something went wrong with the trimming.
